With 60 degree weather in January, we headed outdoors for a last minute unexpected mini shoot during sunset for Jacob’s Valentine’s Day cards.. and by unexpected I mean at 4:47 pm, I made a mad dash for Jacob’s closet and threw this on him, threw my camera, sparkly dust, and the little one in the car, bee-lined to the park and sprinted (yes, sprinted) to the last slimmer of sun splashes at my favorite spot. Thank goodness I had my husband there to assist in this operation. The final v-day card to be shown later!
but the best moments of the day? the ones that are completely unposed. now that, my friends, is true love.
you know you’re a new dad when… you fall asleep at your little one’s first photo shoot 🙂 so excited that the above image of sweet reese was chosen as the photograph of the day by one of my printing companies…
