How do I purchase SCP’s Mastering the Art of Newborn Photography?
You need to click the “add to cart” option and you may pay via Paypal.

When will I receive my item?
This product is a digital download.  The product will be emailed to the email address provided via paypal immediately following your payment.  NOTE:  The email will contain your password for the document.  If you can not locate the email, please make sure to check your spam folder first.

Are the videos attached separately?
No, everything is in one organized document.

Am I allowed to print this product?
Yes.  You are allowed to print this document for your personal use only.
Sharing, copying, and/or distributing any or all of this product is unlawful. Violation of any of these terms will result in legal action.

What do I do if the videos will not play?

 1. Put the guide on your desktop.
2. Delete your old Adobe reader.
3. Go here and download the Adobe reader. http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.html
4. Put the reader on your desktop.
5. Drag the guide on top of the reader which will force it to open with the new Adobe reader.
Still not working?   Try this:
Install “adobe acrobat reader DC” to play the video in the pdf file.  Install the adobe acrobat reader DC and update your flash player.

How do I get into the private facebook group for continued education?
Within 24 hours of purchasing this product, you will be emailed the link to gain entrance into the group.  Click join.  You then need to wait to be approved for the group.

Are there refunds?
Due to the digital nature of this product, there are no returns.  No exceptions.
